My mother and I were able to see Food Inc. today, and it was better than I anticipated.
Food Inc. is very educational and entertaining!!
Food Inc. is showing at Downtown West Regal Cinema in Knoxville.
I encourage you to go and take friends and older children.

This film helps to explain our food industry today saying, "The way we eat has changed more in the past 50 years than the past 10,000."
Now, that is something to chew on.

Hi Colleen:
Sorry I haven't sent a comment before, but I am not the best of corespondents. I want to thank your mom again for making that special delivery to Three Rivers Market for me during my last visit to Knoxville. I would have been so unhappy to return to Illinois without my buttermilk!
We are coming again next week to visit with Julie, Adam and our granddaughters. You know where I will be shopping.

I know this was posted a while back, but thanks for posting about Food, Inc. I think it is a film of great importance! I love your products and purchase them from The Market at Washington & High...I just made biscuits made with your buttermilk, and it made them extra-yummy. :o)
